I had dengue one month back. now i have 3 lakh plateletes.but i am feeling weak legs and fingers in hand.Please tell me the reason.i had consulted a doctor he prescribed me vitamin supplements.How long it will take for a complete recovery from dengue.?is it post dengue symptoms.My age is 24
