Hello I can understand your concern but I am sorry but there is no medicine or diet to get rid of glasses Lasik is only option to get rid of glasses Having said that, this power is very small I personally don't recommend lasik for this power

Having a recractive error of -1.0D is not dangerous. Please check your eyes from an eye doctor once a year. As you are 18 and still young it would be wise to wait for any laser eye surgery till you are slightly older.
