Weak erection while continuing High BP m

I am 36 years Male having high BP medication Olmesar H20 and Nebicard 2.5. I am getting weak erection while continuing medication but getting very strong and hard erection while miss the medication for couple of days. Now my BP with medication is 130/90.Please advice me whether to change the medication or increase /decrese the dose.
