I have an issue of semen of watery consistency with slight yellowish color tone and on self examination I found out one dilated vein on left side of scrotum , one more thing is that sometimes my scrotum becomes warmer than my normal body. Other issue is with errection , I am not morning errections anymore whenever I'm aroused I get errection which usually goes off in a minute or too with release of transparent watery fluid in small amount from penis tip. Please suggest suitable treatment
