Watery fluid vaginal discharge

I have had a watery fluid discharge come out during sex. It kind of flushed out like a faucet. Based on what I read it can't be female ejaculation because I was not close to orgasm or arousal. I felt no pain or sensation of needing to urinate. I'm in good health with no issues. What else could this be?

It could be healthy vaginal discharge. Is there any itching? When was your last period date? Use condoms everytime. Wear loose clothes. Use cotton undergarments.
