At the age of 62 yrs there is basically three possibilities of Watering if your ocular examination is normal ,no other ocular disease ,first possibility of blockage of naso-lacrimal duct which is common at this age for which syrining through lower punctum is done ,if it is patent normal saline will pass through naso-lacrimal duct, you will feel water coming in throat ,2nd possibilities ectropian of lower puncta in which no eye drops or medicine is effective ,3rd possibilities of infection in which antibiotic eye drops or antibiotic tablet is effective .I have written names best possible eye drops  thinking of 3rd possibilities .
