Hello ! In oligohydramnious conditions delivery is not risky, but risk will be in continuing the pregnancy without amniotic infusion, as amniotic fluid is the vital fluid that is very much essential for the babys growth, during insufficiency baby growth gets affected with many foetal abnormalities. As per ur reports, the babys growth seems to be nrml and presently in good condition to be delivered. In general 36 wks is the full term, but in cases of oligohydramnios condition delivery can be done after 32wks if the babys growth is nrml without any abnormalities, In ur case, u r detected with oligohydramnios just now at 33 weeks and the babys head already is in position, definitely u can go for delivery at this stage, just confirming as suggested by the doctors with FM and NST.
