Watering of the eyes would require detailed evaluation to find the cause: if it's because of excess tear production, or due to block in the outflow of tear drainage or some other cause like allergy or computer vision syndrome. Please ask her to visit an Ophthalmologist or preferably an Ophthalmologist trained in Ophthalmic plastic surgery, as they can take care of most of the causes for this problem.
