Water discharge from my naval

Hi Doctor, I have observed that there is a cloudy water discharge coming from my naval area since a month.It also has an bad smell. It doesn't happen on every day basis but it was observed in every week. Initially i considered it as a hygiene matter ,so I clean it every day but now since I started doing work out every day it shows up on every day... Can anyone suggest me what the problem could be.
