Did I get pregnancy when I have water bubbles in stomach. I have to lose my weight. Will u give a suggestion for me.

Hello,?????? Unable to get water bubble in stomach??? pregnancy??? Wait loss is another MATTER, Chang your food n life style like walking twenty minutes two times,avoid spicy,fried,greasy,junk food.light diet fourty mini is best to reduce weight.ok.
