Warts are all over neck
This problem is faced by me from past few months. The treatment is going for the same. The warts have been removed by the doctor once but it is coming again and again. It is getting spread all over my neck and there is lot of irritation on the diseased area.
Type of discription given by you...it may be
? filiform wart or plane warts..
Especially if it occurs in shaving regions for males its very difficult to treat as high rate of reccurence is there.
As it is caused by human pappiloma virus(HPV)..there is no the treatment as such..but any destructive treatment like radio frequency, electrocautery, cold ablation by liquid nitrogen,co2 laser..etc can help to remove existing wart lesions.

-Immunotherpy like levamisole (pulse),oral elemental zinc..etc.
-Intrademal PPD injection(pulse).
-Autoinnoculation...etc..different modalities.. are there..discuss with near by Dermatologist..

If its in your beard region / hairy region avoid shaving in that area..bcoz by doing shaving leads to minor abrasion as chances of sreading from one area to other is very high.
go for electric shaving instead of shaving with the blade & avoid outside shaving(in parlours).
