Want to quit Lacosamide medicine

Hello doctors. I have been taking Lacosamide 100 mg twice a day since 3 year. Even I'm have been taking this medicine my seizure hasn't in controlled and this medicine cost is so much higher. Now please suggest me how can i quit this medicine slowly ? how much mg dose can I reduce in how many days ? and how much days can take for complete discontinue and what is the necessary  emergency   medicine will needed for during tapering ? Thank you
