Hi. I need to get early menses at least 3 -4 days early. Without any side effect. As my menses and marriage date is clashing. Please help Recommend me some tablets to induce early menses without any side effects

There are no medicines which can induce immediate menses.it is always better to postpone rather to prepone Take tab regesterone 5 mg three times a day till you want to postpone or three days minimum... You will get menses after 4-5 days after stopping the pills.
