look first make it clear, just like every snake is not poisnous, every blockage in heart need not be treated. just for the fact that there are some blockages on angio does not suffice you need bypass and clearing those blockages by bypass does not guarentee that it is going to help you there are set indications for doing angio, and set indications for bypass so kindly post a detailed history of your symptoms, echo angio and other test. and first confirm that you need a bypass or not.
