Classical allergic rhinitis. Most common allergens are cold and dust. Diagnostic allergic testing will not add much prognostic value as the treatment won't change. 1st line management is to abstain from dust and cold ( primary prevention). Medical management shall relieve symptoms (runny nose and sneezing) but LL not decrease a chance of being allergic. So, start a tablet of antihistaminics (eg. Tab Levocetriz 5 mg at night for 7 days) and steroid nasal spray (eg: fluticasone nasal spray, 2 puff twice daily in both nostril for 7 days) along with abstaining from common inhalant allergens (pollen, dust, cold air)
