I m suffering from spotting problem from last 5 months.I had done all checkups and sonography which slows normal but my bleeding doesn't stop.when i m in ovulation period then bleeding get started n also cramps n my body temperature increases and feeling tired n low.
Hi, Spotting starting from ovulation period may be breakthrough due to hormonal insufficiency or may have sub clinical infection means infective origin. Therefore short course of antibiotics with antiinflammatories to be taken first. If do not cure by abovementioned. Treatment then have to start cyclical hormones for 3 to 6 cycles will take care of.
