I have a vsd in heart  around 25.6cm at left to right shunt . My age is 36year old . I have no any symptoms. But some time if something is happening anywhere . Or speech in gathering I feel that my my heart rate increase s . Is thease symptoms due to nervousness or due to vsd. I can run also I can play. My height is 5 feet 10 inch. My weight is 67 kg. I am married. Please suggest me . Is there need of surgery or Can I survive as now .

25.6 cm is a large VSD which requires further management. I wanted to know that is there any bluish discolouration of lips finger. Any change of shape in finger or toe nails. Can you share your echo report and other investigations.
