My mom ate a mango which lead to sudden vomitting is it a serious things??what one should do abt it??

Hello there. I can understand your concern. One episode of vomiting doesnt necessarily mean that things are serious. She can take one tablet grandem MD once a day half an hour before food. Get her blood pressure checked out once by a general physician. Also seek further evaluation and management with the general physician if things still do not resolve. Best regards.
