Vomitting due to Gastritis

My Mother aged 62 is having vomitting frequently, not sure but i think it is due to gastritis. She previously has a gastritis issue in the past. Shr had taken ganaton 50 mg today but still she vomitted after having breakfast. She had given 40 mins gap after having the medicine before having breakfast. Please suggest

Please consider an ultrasound of the abdomen  and serum electrolytes asap. Meanwhile she can keep on taking ganaton.
