I have diagnosed with parotitis  for last 12 days and after treatment of i always felling nausea and vomiting after taking food and feeling very tired Plz help to whom i should get treated Tell expected reason

Hi you might have been put on antibiotics and or  pain killers or NSAIDS... make sure you are also covered with antacids ... as severe gastritis can lead to the symptoms... I'f not consult physician...
