I keep vomiting and having diarrhea. Lots of stomach pain. Vomiting food aand then green sour acid type liquiid. Pleasse help

Hello There. I can understand your concern. you haven't mentioned since how many days are you facing this issue? you seem to be suffering from something called acute gastroenteritis. since lots of fluids and electrolytes are lost from the body, they need to be replaced. take a tab. grandem MD twice a day before food. this tablet will melt in your mouth so no need to take it with water or anything. have lots of fluids and ORS, have a soft diet. consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. best regards, Dr. Anil kumar jain.
