Vomiting for months old baby
Today at 5 pm she started Nestle cerelac. It was prepared with buffalo milk. She had a tea spoon of cerelac. At 9 pm she started vomiting. Her weight is 6.5 kgs
Cerelac needs to be prepared with 20 to 30 min of boiled water since its already a milk based cereal. It is better to avoid using any alternative milk till 1 year of age. If vomiting was a single one and if the infant has breastfed well after that, only observe the urine and stooling pattern of the baby.
