I've had the chills and weakness. I can't hold anything down and I have been vomiting and having diarrhea all night long. I am so dehydrated. I try drinking little sips of water. But I still end up throwing it up... should I go to the hospital?

Hello yes since your symptoms are so severe... you definitely need to go to hospital and first take injections to stop your vomitings..And you can be given. I v fluids. As per your symptoms as you say you are. Dehydrated..Please meet a doctor...Thank you
