: 1. Enhancing mediastinal Ieslon ( SOL I enlarged lymphnode) in right paratracheal and pretrechal region closely abutting the trachea and mediastinal vasculature as described in text . ADV : Further evaluation to rule out neoplastic etiology . 2. Areas of ground glassmg, fibrosis and bronchiectatic changes are noted in bilateral basal segments and apical region in subpleural location with early honeycombing on right side ( to rule out early Interstitial lung disease) .
