My mother had severe stomach ache+vomiting + diarrhea day before yester- entire night. She was admitted yesterdy morning & has fever to 102 since. Since yesterday she is on saline with insulin. No improvement until nw. She is diabetic, 54 yr & suspects food poisoning. which antibiotic and diagnostic u suggest? thanks
