Hi There’s no need to increase the vitamin D dose to twice a week. Your body absorbs only a certain amount, so taking more won’t increase absorption—it’ll just go to waste. The standard 60,000 IU once a week is sufficient. You can support it with a daily calcium supplement for better results.
Health Tips
Avoid tea, coffee, or iron supplements at least one hour before and after taking calcium, as they can interfere with its absorption.”
