1. Is Arachitol nano, 60000IU, 5ml syrup, should be taken b4 breakfast, once in a week? Is it breast feed safe? How long should I continue it. 2. Shelcal 500mg, should be taken daily or alternate day. I m a mother of 2 toddlers. Little one is 1yr old. Thanks
