I got 6/24 in Right eye and same 6/24 in left eye in vision test. What does this mean and what is the eye sight number as per this?

It means that a particular size of object what  a normal person can identify from a distance of 24 metres ,You will not be able to identify that and you will  have to move as closer as 6 metres. Off knowing your number please get your  refraction done,either by autorefractometer or by cycloplegic. So please consult an ophthalmologist nearby.
