Hello, I am a 12 year old male that has hit puberty. Year after year my glasses seem to get abit bigger. Now its (somewhat) thick. The size is 54-18-140. I am a nearsighted. Will my nearsight get worse because my body including my eyes is changing? I am extremely worried about loosing my eyesight and not able to see.

Don't worry the number is likely to increase till the age of 18to20 yrs.then you can go for lasik. Till then use glasses.

Hello A.  YOU will never ever get blind B.  Power usually become stable at age of 18-21 yrs Lasik is a very good option for this but it is possible only after age of 18yrs Till then you have to use contact lens or glasses
