Vision problem in old age

My mother is 69 years old is having vision problem. To sort out it, we visited an ophthalmologist near to my home. He diagnosed and suggested that vision is good as per age. it is suggested that the vision is obstructed due to extra wrinkles on eyelid and a stitch of wrinkles over eyelid will solve the problem. Please guide about this.

though  the wrinkles  doesn't  have  any effect on vision  but  if due to it the  lids are dropping  down then  it may  affect .please  share a close-up pic of eyes  so as to consider the possibility of medical treatment.
