I've hb100+ always.echo holter normal.perivascular sheathing behind retina vessel...using medication since 2 week.brown patches at feet(mild pain)...no improvement yet...blur vision wd right eye...also hv myopia -4.75 in both eyes.bp normal...no diabetes.also a lesion in upper side left lung.+ve tuberculin skin test...

Hello....perivascular sheathing is vasculitis...there must b some underlying cause like bacterial or viral infection or some autoimmune disease...first we order some tests to find out the underlying cause and then treatment is steroid along with treatment of underlying cause...tteatment is definately lengthy
