Hi sir my problem is that...... if i am writing or drawing continously for 20min..... after 20minutes , i cannot see clearly not the word written on page. sir i think when i put pressure in my mind it affects my eyes.... because when writing exams in examination center i have noticed doctor suggest eat cattots it will be ok.......... pls suggest

Have you consulted ophthalmologist because carrot contain vitamin A which is general suggestions given by doctor when there is nothing wrong with eye... If you have near vision problem consult ophthalmologist for spectacles.... Doctor will test your visual acuity and prescribe goggles.
