She dont get a proper sleep like she sleep for 6 hours only n stress of work so can it might be the reason for her blury vision she was saying right eye sometime become little blury n pains to so need help of yourss

Please get her refraction done.put lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily. Ask her to have a shirt nap in day time.

Hello Occasional blurred vision could be due to dryness Try A cold compresses B use lubricating eyedrop frequently like refresh tears Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly consult local Ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done Regards
