I have a visible bulge exactly below the belly. It is found as dome like shaped exactly in the middle of by belly and main point. Iam monitoring that from the past 15 days I don't have any pain & change in color & size. My recent health issues was I gained more weight with tummy fat. So I started diet & exercise from the past 15 days. Iam confused whether it is Diastasis Recti or Hernia or Fat distribution. Need proper advice
