Vibrating sensation in the penis

I have had a slight vibration in the tip of the penis with no pain etc just the annoying vibration, no unprotected sex etc but I do suffer with a spinal problem where as my spinal cord and nerves get crushed from L1 to L5 of the vertebra, not sure if that may be a new symptom, not sure infection or symptom of back, now becoming worried

HELLO,   MAY BE DUE TO BACK PROBLEM.ANYWAY, IT'S NOT INFECTION. TABLET PROPRANOLOL 40MG ONE AT NIGHT FOR TEN TO FIFTEEN DAYS IF YOU FEEL BETTER CONTINUE IT FOR SOME MORE DAYS. CONSULT YOUR TREATING DOCTOR/NEUROPHYSICIAN. O.K BYE
