Very weak hand grip

Occasionally my grip just loses it. When it does it is usually in the morning, or when it is cold, please not it is not the only times though. When it does happen my hands become unable to become a punch, and when I really force myself they become really shaky. However not every time my hands are cold this happens. So at this point I am not sure what it could be.

Maybe due to hands getting exposed to cold for long time,or some type of pressure on ur hands nerves in sleep
