Hi All, I am 29 years of age I was taking Himalaya tenticle for erectile dysfunction also I started doing exercise .I did pelvis exersise at Gym. don't know what happened suddenly I am facing issue that I need to pass urine and I feel that urine is not completed.I have done the urine test which is normal and also ultra sound done but in that it says that bladder is not getting empty completely.post void bladder volume is 60 ml and pre 260ml. kindly suggest . Thanks
