Sir/mam I have axis in both my eyes along with myopia.my left eye is more weaker than right.But I found my vision is very blurred than simple myopic eye. It is frustrating to me always to see doubling of letters.what is the reason behind this ?

I have seen your glass power ,it is compound number combination of spherical with mild cylinder , it is not  reason for doubling of letters & blurring vision, you should consult experienced ophthmologist  & get refraction done after pupil dilation & get your final number in 2nd visit & doubling of letters might be due to muscle imbalance ,he will guide you the exercise.
