I’ve had this rash on the back of my hand for a few months now. It’s about the 4th time it’s happened in my life and i’m 22 years old. I went to the doctor for it when I was younger (about 9) and I think she had something about it being a heat rash. This is the worst it’s been though, it has been non stop itchy for the last few months and new skins growing & peeling. It looks horrible. Is it heat rash or could it be something else?
