Very bad cold with phlegm

My daughter is 14 months old. Last week she had very high fever of 101.3 to 102.3. With my doctors advice i gave her ibugesic and it reduced in two days. Now she has very bad cold with phlegm and runny nose. Like she breathing loudly and that phlegm noise comes from her chest. Pls suggest what is to be done
