Headache and vertigo are two different issues to be evaluated separately. Headache needs neurological, visual and ENT evaluation.Vertigo needs neck and ENT and neurological evaluation..Vertigo also can produce nausea and vomiting.. So both are manageable and sometimes it requires imaging.. Consult a neurologist and follow his advice.
