Hello dr i aak previously query regarding my father complain .age 50 yrs. since 2 days vertigo feeling.not on standing position he get vertigo. only when he sit after lying down felt vertigo. no other symptom present. bp is 120/80 hb 13.6 radnom sugar 156

It is positional vertigo. U have to take strict bed rest and take tab vetting 16 mg twice a day for 2 weeks
