Vertigo daily
I have vertigo from childhood it may comes rarely in childhood But bow iam a software engineer with 1+ year experience.Right now i have vertigo throughout the day. I approach ENT he done some tests and give some medication but not work after that i will went to neuro surgen he also done some tests and give some medicines but no improvement.i may occur from past 3 months.what can i do please tell me(i have sensation like rotation of head and slowly losing consious and body may be fallen)
Daily vertigo for 3 months with near-fainting and sensation of falling â not responding to ENT or neurology medications â needs a broader investigation. This could be vestibular migraine, central vertigo, or an inner ear disorder like Meniere's disease. Screen time and stress as a software engineer can worsen it.
Next Steps
Get an MRI brain with contrast done if not already done. Ask for videonystagmography (VNG) testing at a vestibular clinic. Consider vestibular physiotherapy. Consult me on Practo with your previous test reports for a detailed second opinion.
