Last week she get hit by bike from back side.. From next day onwards she is having vertigo for moment.. Even though we have ct scan report but the report is normal.. She is fine but in one day se gets 2 3 vertigo for 5 seconds

hello, concusion in brain after any accident or sudden acceleartion or decceleration of head couldn't be detected in CT BRAIN. this concussion injury causes brief period of amnesia and vertigo for few days or week. it usually goes away after feww days , multivitamins can be taken for fast recovery. if it worssens you much ,you may need further investigations consult neurologist.
