Vertigo after dialysis

Having vertigo /  chakkar after hemodialysis single use. Herat patient . And diabetic. Cr was 8 and urea 124  before dilaysis. Wt 92. What to do?

There are multiple reason for having dizziness/chakkar after dialysis, Common preventable measures for your patient will be to 1. Make sure blood pressure is not low. 2. His blood sugars are not less than 100. 3. First and second dialysis will remove lots of uraemic toxins do reduce the duration of starting 2 dialysis to around 2 hours. 4. Check for postural hypotension.
Next Steps
duration of next dialysis to be less than 3 hours. make sure to have small meal 1 hour before next dialysis. keep a check on blood pressure
