Doctor I  suffered vertical penile fracture due to prone masturbation last year which was not clinically visible but got pain after that and still my in pain all the time and now foreskin scrotum skin and skin in groin area all got necrotic and black and erection comes painful and penis glans looks little blue and I think I damaged my penis permanent looks like hematoma is still in penis.. Now it's been 1 year and I got to admit I didnt stop masturbating even after fracture I masturbated many times after that in 1 year so what is prognosis what can I do now.. Did not seek any treatment till now...
