Black patches on foot. Diogonised as vericose eczema. I have small ulcer on leg. Which ointment to use.

You can use topical antibiotics. But first you have  to take treatment for varicose veins. May be you are suffering from stasis dermatitis leading to ulcer. Mupirocin  based ointments.
