Can vericocele go away completely by homeopathy. I have bilateral vericocele (grade 1 and 2) I am a army aspirant, I have 6 months ..will it be cured completely?

As far as my medical knowledge goes the only cure for varicocele is a surgery. Leaving it that way might actually cause reduced male hormone levels leading to sexual problems and infertility .
