Is there any possibility of HIV transmission if 1) I masturbate with out condom which hand that I have kept into girls vagina 2) also outside of the condom touch my penis head which I put in to girls vagina I don't have cuts on my penis my fear is after  1 month I have ulcers, lines in my mouth and small  pimples in penis after that I go to government hospital for HIV test it comes negative but my fear is time period is 3 months and some ulcers in my mouth and pimples on my penis pines I am in HIV risk or not plzz tell me  not 45 days completed know which test is best to me  I am hiv positive or not please give yor suggestions and tell I am in HIV risk or not some people tell it was risk some people it is not a risk for HIV,  what is the truth answer.
