Ventricular hypertrophy?

Is it something serious? Have attached my ECG. My BP usually remains 130/80 and bpm around 80.As of now I don't have any symptoms. Last month I was feeling a bit dizzy for a few days.

Hello, Common causes of left ventricular hypertrophy are 1. High BP - Hypertension 2. Athletes 3. Aortic valve stenosis Just keep a watch on your BP. Looking at your ECG, I am not convinced that you have hypertrophy. In thin built persons, ECG can falsely show such changes. Get a 2D Echo done to confirm the diagnosis Take care
